Bank Farm in Sherenden Lane, Tudeley is a popular and thriving equestrian centre, providing full-service livery stables.
Close to the A21 and with easy access from neighbouring towns and villages, our clients don’t have to travel far to spend time with their treasured horses.
Jeanette Gibb, Bank Farm Manager, explains: “Our aim here at Bank Farm Stables is to create a tranquil, peaceful yard where people want to come and spend time with their horse or pony no matter what they choose to do, be it just grooming and companionship, happy hacking or competing.
“Any write up does not do our yard justice. Everyone who walks onto the property always says they get a peaceful feeling, and our happy, relaxed horses are testament to this.”
Jeanette, who lives on site, gained her BHSAI (British Horse Society Assistant Instructor) qualifications at Hadlow College in 1995. She also spent time working at a local livery yard and riding school, gaining valuable hands-on experience as well as her college-based learning. Jeanette competes at affiliated dressage and also offers private lessons.
Jeanette leads a friendly and dedicated team of professionals, whose primary focus is the welfare of the horses in their care.
But it’s not solely about the horses. Bank Farm is a welcoming community of equestrian enthusiasts, from those who have been riding for many years to those just starting out. The team ensures owners are supported and informed about all aspects of their horse’s care.
Bank Farm offers stabling for up to 50 horses. Our liveries are a variety of retired horses, happy hackers, and competition horses that compete in affiliated dressage, eventing and show jumping.

Testimonials
“The atmosphere at Bank Farm is fantastic. The team prioritise the horses’ care over everything else and nothing is too much trouble – the support is second to none. There are no facilities that compete in the area for what we pay, with the indoor and outdoor arenas, dressage facilities and comfortable American barns. My friend and I moved our horses here around five years ago and they settled right away. One was recovering from a leg injury and Jeanette did all she could to ensure he was comfortable.” – Klare Urquhart.
“My horse and I have been at Bank Farm for 17 years now and I know, whenever I’m not there, I don’t have to worry about him. Jeanette and her team are so approachable and knowledgeable and if I ever I need any help or advice I only have to ask. It is a great mix of people too and the yard is very friendly and welcoming.” – Lisa Bowring.
“I’ve kept my horses at Bank Farm for as long as it has been open. Although I live 25 miles away, I choose to keep them here because I know the level of service is exceptional. Jeanette treats the horses like her own and the level of care that her and her team give is priceless.” – Alison Nye-Warden
“From the moment we arrived at Bank Farm we were welcomed by smiling happy staff who settled us into the yard. Nothing was too much trouble on our first day and that continues to be the case. Jeanette and her team are very kind and generous with their knowledge and time. The yard is super clean, runs very smoothly and very quietly. Our horse has received care above and beyond what I would expect and knowing he is cared for as we would like on our ‘days off’ from him is a great peace of mind.” – Victoria Palmer-Joy
